You may nominate yourself or someone else—just be sure to include the nominee’s name and email address.
Open Board Positions:
Vice President
Serves as 2026 Vice President, 2027 President, and 2028 Past President
- Presides over meetings in the President’s absence
- Supports administrative duties as delegated
Treasurer
- Presents quarterly financial reports to the Board
- Maintains detailed records of all income and expenses
- Reconciles bank statements and resolves discrepancies promptly
Secretary
- Maintains minutes, bylaws, membership records, and committee lists
- Records official business conducted at each meeting
- Tracks Board member attendance
Information Officer
- Manages the website and digital communications
- Posts news, announcements, and updates as needed
Members-at-Large
- Participate in board meetings and event planning
- Serve on committees aligned with their interests
