OAA Member Amy Pence and her colleagues were recently awarded the Oklahoma Heritage Preservation Grant to enhance the Cleveland County Historical Society and The Moore-Lindsay Historic House Museum in Norman, Oklahoma. They plan to add multi-sensory items in the house museum to enhance the experience with smells, sounds, and tactile experience. They will also create a touchscreen guide that will add to the interpretation and allow for better enjoyment for visitors who are unable to get upstairs due to accessibility constraints.
