Executive board (9 total seats)
• President
• Vice President/President-elect
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Information Officer
• 4 elected members at large (4 open seats)
Terms of office are 2 years (exception: president elect = 3 yrs)

Minimum executive officer meetings 2x per year.
