In 1907, Oklahoma statehood was announced with a single gunshot just outside the State Capitol Publishing Building in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
Thanks to the work of the Guthrie Tomorrow Coalition, INC., this historic building will be preserved as a publishing museum.
